Hello Meta Llama team,

My access request for Meta-Llama-3-8B-Instruct was rejected. I would like to use this model with LLM2Vec as the text encoder for NVIDIA Kimodo in a local text-to-motion workflow for animation production and performance testing.

Could you please review my application and, if appropriate, reset the request so I can correct or complete the information? Please let me know what additional information is required.
