Space stuck on "Building" for 9+ hours, no logs visible after Factory Rebuild

Hi Hugging Face team,

My Space has been stuck on “Building” status since this morning (approximately 9 hours now).

Space URL: https://huggingface.co/spaces/johnphw/openclaw

Issue details:

  • Status shows “Building” continuously
  • No build logs visible (tried /logs/build URL, returns 404)
  • Tried Factory Rebuild just now, still stuck on Building
  • No error messages displayed

What I’ve tried:

  1. Checked Files tab - no Logs option visible
  2. Direct access to /logs/build - 404 error
  3. Factory Rebuild - clicked, but status remains Building

Question:
Is this a platform-side build queue issue, or has my Space been disabled/flagged for review? If it’s just queued, how long should I expect to wait?

i have the same problem too, this started to rampant like a day or 2 ago

My space is stuck too, how to solve it? I had some experience with Render , they unfroze my space after investigation because they think they had too strict regulations. They said the reason for freezing my space was I pushed more than like 8 times (can’t remember the exact number sorry guys) or so within an hour. so they froze my space. But very quickly within like several hours, they came back to me with apology and unfroze me. Hope something quick will happen here too.
