Subject: Space restart failed - infrastructure issue affecting multiple Spaces
Hi Hugging Face team,
I’m experiencing a persistent issue where all 7 of my Spaces are stuck in “PAUSED” status and cannot be restarted. The issue has persisted for 2+ days.
I already sent an email, but I don’t think they can respond to all of us. It looks like so many people have the same issue. I just hope that they are working on it and solve it soon.
Shouldn’t they be responding on a forum on status? The status page is the best place to keep such things updated. Not getting any responses is a loss of credibility.
According to e-mail that I just received they’re working on it: ‘We’re actively working on Spaces infrastructure enhancements and fixes that should soon be finished.’ They also added ‘Did you know about the option to upgrade your Space’s hardware…’ Is there anyone with upgraded space having this issue?
i would expect an ETA and when the next update will be available. They really need to work on their observability. “…should soon be done” does not give any assurance.
